Real Housewives of New York City‘s Kelly Bensimon is a single mother, so we think she’s a pretty good source on how it is to raise a parent all by yourself.
And according to her – it ain’t easy!
Here’s what she said:
“I am a single parent and it├óΓé¼Γäós not easy. For anyone who is a single parent, it is nothing to be flippant about. It is really, really difficult. I have to work as well, and it├óΓé¼Γäós something that I├óΓé¼Γäóve always done. I├óΓé¼Γäóve always worked and I├óΓé¼Γäóve always been a single parent. This is my life and it├óΓé¼Γäós how I am trying to raise my kids. I want them to have really great values. I don├óΓé¼Γäót want to be that parent that├óΓé¼Γäós like, ├óΓé¼┼ôI work so much that I kind of spoil them.├óΓé¼┬¥ I am trying to give my kids those Midwestern values that I find very important.”
We’re glad this lady knows not spoil her kids!
