Flex rapper Rich Homie Quan is under investigation by Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police Department after posting a video on Snapchat smoking what seems to be a blunt next to his one-year-old son.
Rightfully so!

In the clip posted earlier this week, the Atlanta performer is seen lighting up as his baby boy Royal Lamar sits on his lap with a sippy cup. Watch the entire shocking post (below)!

Shortly after the video was posted, followers took to Twitter slamming the rapper:
But it doesn’t seem like RHQ gets it! The 25-year-old responded to fans on Instagram asking why everyone was hating on him!
Depending on what happens with the investigation, Quan could possibly face criminal charges, including endangering a child and reckless behavior.
We just hope that baby Royal is taken care of!!
