Earlier we reported that the Survivor winner was trying to get an appeal case to stall his jail sentence, but the judge wasn’t having it.
A Rhode Island judge has denied his request to delay his surrender to authorities to begin his 9-month prison sentence for failing to pay taxes (yup, again) on his $1 million Survivor winnings.
Richard had asked the judge to give him time to get his affairs in order, but the judge has told him no. He must turn himself in to U.S. Marshals by noon TODAY.
Yikes!
