Richard Simmons Plans To Sue After 'Hurtful Campaign Of Defamations & Privacy Invasions’


After years of being MIA from the public eye, Richard Simmons is coming back swinging!
According to reports, the 68-year-old intends to sue RadarOnline, National Enquirer, and parent company American Media, Inc. after a series of stories regarding his time off that were allegedly a “hurtful campaign of defamations and privacy invasions.”

It’s said the lawsuit seeking unspecified damages will be filed on Monday morning.
As you know, tabloids have rumored everything during Simmons’ absence, suggesting that he was secretly transitioning, ill, or even being held hostage by his housekeeper.
