One of rap’s biggest superstars is a whole lot smaller these days!
Rick Ross has lost over 100 pounds in the past year! Ch-ch-check out his transformation (above)!
We’re so happy that Rick has gotten himself into better shape, especially considering he suffered two seizures back in 2011! He talked about regaining his health this week and disclosed just how he was able to shed so much weight in such a short time!
Ross explained:

“I├óΓé¼Γäóve been doing this CrossFit thing. I call it ├óΓé¼╦£RossFit. We had started doing it last year. The most I used to do for exercise was stand up to count the money, you know what I├óΓé¼Γäóm saying?├óΓé¼┬¥

LoLz!
Well, with as much money as you’re counting, that could actually be considered a workout!
Rick says he actually enjoys exercising now! His diet has also changed a bit but not to the point where Ross isn’t able to enjoy his favorite foods from time to time.
He said:

“I eat pears now and sh*t like that. I still eat the way I want to eat. I just go to the gym.├óΓé¼┬¥

So pears + CrossFit = success!
We can definitely get into that!
