We didn’t expect this from Rihanna!
Unfortunately, the Bajan singer looked downright frumpy at the 30th Footwear News Achievement Awards (which we did not know was a thing) in New York Tuesday night.

The Needed Me singer was completely covered up in a black tee worn with a velvet maxi skirt and rhinestone-embellished, velvet, elbow-length gloves. WEIRD!
Appropriately she did wear her Puma creepers, which were being honored that night as the Shoe of the Year, but we don’t get why she also threw on a baseball cap.
Kind of a beyond random ensem if you ask us!
