She took to Instagram on Monday, posting a picture of the giant piñata of her head (insert above) her team decided would take her place instead:

Despite her “#FiredThemAll” hashtag, the Bajan businesswoman thanked her staff in a new post the following day! Showing off the “Boss” balloons they surprised her with, the 28-year-old wrote:
Aww!! So sweet!
