RiRi, who was dressed in an off-the-shoulder Tupac Shakur tee with leather skinnies and her Fenty X Puma creepers, was looking badass as she headed to dinner!
She even completed the look with a leather jacket, Louis Vuitton bag, and Prada satchel.
