The beautiful and talented Rihanna just turned 23 a few days ago, and had herself a little birthday shindig after performing at the NBA All-Stars game on Sunday!
Not only were there red-velvet cupcakes adorned with Barbados flags, but it was a star-filled evening for the young singer!
