Though Rihanna didn’t show up to the ceremonies last night, Ne-Yo did attend the VMAs and he shared that he’s been helping RiRi write and record some fresh material for her next album.
Ne-Yo says, “Expect an edgier, almost angrier Rihanna on this one…Rihanna says some things on this album that you’ve never heard her say before.”
Really? Like you hate Chris Brown? Because that we would love to hear!
He wouldn’t given any more details and he isn’t even sure when the album will be releases. But regardless, we’re still happy to hear that she is back to work.
Time to start anew! But it wouldn’t hurt if you wrote a song about hating Beat-Her-Down. No one we know would mind.
