This is just one of the most tragic things ever!
Spanish soccer star Antonio Puerta has passed away on Tuesday, just three days after collapsing from a heart attack during a match.
Puerta died of “multiple organ failure stemming from prolonged cardiac arrest” and subsequent coronary problems.
He was just 22 years old! And, he was about to become a father for the first time in six weeks!
“This is one of the saddest days in the history of FC Sevilla,” team president Jose Maria del Nido said, fighting to hold back tears.
So sad. Sad. Sad.
