Rip's Still In Jail

78-year-old actor Rip Torn is still stewing in a North Canaan jail cell after breaking into a Salisbury, CT bank on Friday night!

As we previously mentioned, Torn was “armed with a loaded revolver and highly intoxicated” when he forcibly entered the Litchfield Bank Corporation office.

The Larry Sanders Show actor is no stranger to alcohol related legal dramz, either – he’s been arrested for driving under the influence three times in the past five years!

Rip is currently being held on $100,000 bond, and the alkie’s court date has been set for Monday morning.
