Well, the holidays are finally here.
And sadly, so are the week’s worst dressed celebs.
Rita Ora made it again thanks to this less-than-stellar ensem worn to Z100‘s Jingle Ball, while Lindsay Lohan wasn’t exactly shimmering herself in her gilded frock!
Sigh. We can only hope they step up their games before the year comes to a close.
