A source says he was checking in on his “friend” and that’s when Chris Brown‘s ex texted the pic with her swollen cheeks visible!
Clearly she didn’t think he’d share it on social media, which is probably why he deleted the post in the first place — but according to the source, Karrueche wasn’t upset since they’re “friends.”
The aspiring model also posted a video to her Instagram on Tuesday post-procedure (below):
