Back in May, we heard that Robert De Niro was in talks to star in HBO’s remake of Diane Henrique’s non-fiction book The Wizard Of Lies: Bernie Madoff And The Death Of Trust.
Now, we’ve learned that Mr. De Niro WILL star as Bernie Madoff in the upcoming HBO movie, which will also use the book Truth and Consequences: Inside the Life of the Madoff Family as source material.
Should be VERY interesting to see Bobby D’s portrayal of the infamous Ponzi schemer! We’ll definitely be tuning in!
