Good news for Robert Duffy!
The president of Marc Jacobs has revolved the sexual harassment suit brought on by the company’s ex-COO Patrice Lataillade.
In case you forgot, Lataillade said he was fired last September after complaining about Duffy’s sexual misconduct in the workplace, which included naked photo shoots and pole dancing.
LVMH denied the COO’s claims and promised to vigorously defend the case in court, but it looks like that won’t be necessary now.
As of last week the case was officially closed with a rep for LVMH saying the lawsuit was “resolved to the satisfaction of both parties”.
