This is soooo up his alley!
Robert Pattinson has just signed on to appear in an upcoming project about ’70s rock band The Band.
The legendary band, who played with Bob Dylan was founded in the 1960s by the late Rick Danko, Garth Hudson, Richard Manuel, Robbie Robertson and drummer Levon Helm.
In a recent interview, R-Pattz confirmed:
“I’m going to do a movie about The Band, the one that played with (Bob) Dylan: a beautiful script about the nature of songwriting.”
And since Rob is quite the talented little musician himself, we have a feeling this will become a true passion project of his.
Crossing our fingers he gets to use his own singing voice in the movie! Swooooon!
