Just what every girl wants to hear her boyfriend tell a billion people.
In the April issue of Vanity Fair, Robert Pattinson opens up about his (secret) relationship with Twilight co-star, Kristen Stewart. The last three years have been a whirlwind of rumors and speculation about their love connection and the media attention seems to have taken its toll on R-Patz. He explains:
“It’s just very traumatic. When this is over, the media will lose interest. There’ll be nothing to say. It won’t fit into a headline anymore. It won’t fit into a template.”
Point taken, but he should be aware that the media isn’t poised to lose interest for at least another two years. Come to terms with that now.
Still, despite the chaos that surrounds them, R-Patz still seems very smitten with KStew and admits he was a fan of hers before he even knew her. He raves:
“Kristen is very focused on being an actress. I mean, that’s what she is — she’s an actress. Whereas I…I just don’t really know. She’s cool. Even before I knew her I thought she was a really good actress. Like, I saw Into the Wild, and I thought she was really good in that. I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.”
Well, that sort of praise might just make up for insinuating your relationship has landed you in therapy, Rob. You might want to keep those compliments coming when she’s around!
Side note – Rob’s apparently a fan of tiger blood and warlocks as well because also in the interview, he admitted he watches a lot of Two and a Half Men and when asked to comment on Charlie Sheen he said, “I like crazy people who don’t give a f***!”
