Like we told you, Robin Thicke is not all that into this separation.
But now he’s saying it himself as he’s started opening up about the news he is splitting from longtime love Paula Patton.
And by opening up, we mean that he’s putting his whole heart out there and revealing he won’t stop until he’s got his wifey back by his side.
While arriving in Washington D.C. yesterday, he opened up about their current relationship status and said:
“I’m just trying to get her back.”
Wow! Talk about laying it all on the line!
We never expected to hear any celebrity admit they want to win back their lover!
But that wasn’t the only time yesterday that he revealed the loving truth. He also said during his concert in Fairfax, Virginia, before performing Lost Without U for Paula:
“For y’all that don’t know me and my wife separated, but I’m trying to get my girl back. She’s a good woman.”
DAYUM! We know he’s had a few sketchy moments during recent months, but we can’t imagine what it has to be like for Paula to hear these declarations of love.
We want them to both be happy, but how could you deny these loving remarks??
And it sounds like she just might not be able to as an insider has revealed:
“They do love each other. They are very good friends and will continue to be as strong and as good friends as they can be ├óΓé¼┬ª They still admire each other. She’ll always be his biggest fan and he’ll always write songs about her and put her on a pedestal.”
We just hope that if they DO reconcile, Robin is a good boy and treats his lady like the jewel he clearly thinks she is.
