The 23-year-old repeat offender was arrested recently for having sex with a 15-year-old girl in the bathroom stall of a New Orleans criminal courthouse.
A courthouse employee was in for more than just a lizard-draining when he walked into the restroom and noticed a pair of spread legs sticking out from underneath a stall.
He notified law enforcement, who then nabbed Roderick mid-coitus.
Ugh. Absolutely repulsive!!
Though the sex was apparently not forced, the girl is too young to consent so this seems to be a clear-cut case of statutory rape under Louisiana law.
Walter Umrani, a local community activist, said:
“The event that happened in the restroom here is unspeakable…It just speaks to the lack of respect and the morale decline in our city.”
