Things continue to get messy as JWoww and Roger Mathews work through their divorce.
We thought things might take a turn for the better when the Jersey Shore star’s estranged husband recently called for a truce in a lengthy letter posted online.
But according to the latest from The Blast, Roger has reportedly countered his wife’s petition for divorce with one of his own, featuring demands that are sure to be met with a fight.

Mathews is reportedly requesting primary physical custody and joint legal custody of the couple’s two children, Meilani and Greyson. He’s also asking the court to determine a custody schedule that is “in the children’s best interest.”
For those who don’t remember, Jenni first filed for divorce back in September 2018 with the condition that she retain primary physical custody of the kids. The original terms included that Roger would have scheduled visitation rights and pay child support and alimony.
Now, her ex is requesting monthly child support payments from his baby momma, on top of his new custody demands. It’s unclear what the terms of their prenup were, but Mathews wants a judge to find it “invalid and unenforceable.”
What is Roger’s end game here?
Based on the drama we’ve seen from these two and the domestic violence allegations against the father of two, we’re not so sure this is the right move here… Wasn’t he just calling for “peace” and saying it would begin with him?
Sigh. This whole thing has been nothing short of uphill battle to say the least.
We hope these two can resolve their differences, and move forward in a direction that’s best for everyone involved, but especially their two kids.
