Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is back to being a dad again, trying to make the most of his time with daughter Ariana Sky after the police-issued temporary protection order against him expired — and before ex-GF Jen Harley‘s extended protection order likely goes into effect.
The Jersey Shore star enjoyed Disney World in Orlando with the adorable little girl on Saturday night, riding the rides with the 18-month-old and clearly trying to have a good time, despite all that’s been going on between him, his baby momma, and the LAPD.

As you can see (above, and below), the reality TV star was all smiles on Saturday evening, clearly relieved to be goofy with his daughter as the pair took an extended selfie video while riding the Dumbo ride together (below):

Still, Ronnie is dealing with some super serious s**t right now — not the least of which is the looming extended protection order, which Jen is reportedly seeking for both herself and Ariana. Nothing has been granted by a judge (yet), but if issued, it’ll lay out terms and prevent Ronnie from seeing his daughter for a period of time. Definitely a serious, serious thing to go through.
Of course, in light of the continued fall out from the domestic incident that caused all this trouble, it sure seems like things are taking course as they should. As you’ll recall from our reporting yesterday, Ortiz-Magro allegedly threatened to kill Harley during the incident cops showed up for in El Lay earlier this month; he’s also facing serious criminal charges in light of that alleged event, and he’ll have to own up at some point with his day in court, in all likelihood.

Still, it’s at least a little comforting to see one happy moment now, after such a horrible situation over the past few weeks. It’s of little solace when you consider the bigger picture here, but hopefully Ariana at least had the time of her life at Disney World last night.
