Roseanne Barr‘s baby daddy wants her to pay him $175,000 for the legal fees and pain he suffered during their long custody battle.
He thinks it’s only far, considering it’s only 0.02% of her fortune.
The ex couple settled their custody issues over their teen son, Buck, a couple months ago, but her ex, Ben Thomas, claims Roseanne’s efforts to strip him of custody were only motivated by revenge (again, he really should have watched She-Devil). So, to get back at her he wants the extra cash.
Here’s the kicker: On top of his settlement, Ben claims he makes $7,305 a month! That’s over 87 thousand a year! WTF?
Our verdict, he can totally afford his own lawyers.
