All Rudy Giuliani had to do was go on a few Sunday political talk shows and say that the damning BuzzFeed report that came out this week was wrong. Guess what? Rudy couldn’t even do that!!!! After not screwing up on Meet the Press earlier this morning, the President’s lawyer went on State of the Union on CNN with host Jake Tapper (as you can watch, above).
The controversy here starts at the 4:00-minute mark (above), where Giuliani talks out of both sides of his mouth, suggests that Trump may have actually talked to Cohen (oops!), ultimately concludes he doesn’t know whether Trump talked to Cohen for sure or not (ummm…), and even admits that Trump was working on an active deal in Russia right up to the 2016 American elections in November.
Rudy… you are SO bad at this.
