Russell Brand may be have honoring Steve Jobs when he hurled a photog’s iPhone and throwing it through a plate glass window in New Orleans on Monday night, but because Louisana property damage that exceeds $500 triggers a felony arrest, that’s exactly what he’ll have to honor now!
And if prosecutors decide that they do want to file felony charges on simple criminal damage, he could be facing two years behind bars!
Might want to change that perspective for a defense in court, buddy!
