Ryan Gosling is super stoked to be directing his first film.
The Drive star is ready to take the wheel on How To Catch A Monster later this year.
But what does this mean for Ryan acting? Surely he can do both! Maybe not! He says:
“I’ve been doing it too much. I’ve lost perspective on what I’m doing.
I think it’s good for me to take a break and reassess why I’m doing it and how I’m doing it. And I think this is probably a good way to learn about that.
I need a break from myself as much as I imagine the audience does.”
You imagine wrong, Ryan!
See, if you’re behind the camera, then the camera can’t see you! And if the camera can’t see you, WE can’t see you!
And if we can’t see you, a little part of us dies. You wouldn’t want us to partially die, would you, Ryan? You have to save us!
We’re the girl on the city street, and you quitting acting is the car rushing toward us! Do the right thing here, man!
