Ryan Lochte‘s brand has taken a huge hit since his Rio Olympics scandal!
The swimmer received a lot of backlash for “exaggerating” a story of being robbed at gunpoint during this year’s games, leaving him with two less sponsors.
Now, the number has doubled.
Following Speedo and Ralph Lauren‘s lead, both Airweave, a Japanese mattress company, and Gentle Hair Removal have decided to drop the disgraced Olympian.

Despite the CEO of Airweave, Motokuni Takaoka, previously saying they would stand by the 32-year-old, in a statement made on Monday the brand announced:

Yikes.
And Syneron-Candela, Gentle Hair Removal’s parent company, echoed similar sentiments with their statement:

Sadly for Ryan, all four companies were his major sponsors.
It will be interesting to find out if he can recover from this scandal down the road.
What do U think???
