It looks like the US is being VERY well represented in Spain!!!
Ryan Lochte is currently in Barcelona competing in the 2013 FINA World Championships and took a quick break from the water to show us what he’s working with!
The Olympic gold-medalist posted a picture to Instagram and lets just say it’s VERY gratuitous!
He wrote:

Ryan also gave a shout out to his coach, Jack Roach and we guess we should be thanking him for the wonderful eye candy he helped create for our viewing pleasure!
