UPDATE 6:43 P.M. EST: ABC News is now reporting an indictment has been “recommended”. It’s unclear at this time if the case will go forward.
The Federal Police of Brazil have reportedly made the decision to indict Ryan Lochte and James Feigen on charges of false reporting of a crime.
The news comes on the heels of a video depicting one or more U.S. Olympic swimmers vandalizing a gas station in Rio this past Sunday.
Ryan continues to maintain his innocence despite the mounting evidence against him.
