As we reported, on Tuesday, Ryan Phillippe released an official statement through a rep to The Blast where he denies the domestic violence accusations from ex-girlfriend Elsie Hewitt.

Later on, the actor released a personal statement to Twitter where he is “saddened and disgusted by the false allegations being circulated about me.”
Additionally, he is fully cooperating “with law enforcement and a thorough investigation was conducted.”
