Ryan Reynolds Latest Move Proves He's Not Sweating Over Justin Baldoni's $400 Million Lawsuit…

Whoa! Ryan Reynolds is clearly unbothered by Justin Baldoni‘s $400 million countersuit.

Despite Blake Lively‘s legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star/director, her husband is making HUGE financial moves. Guess he’s not worried about having to pay those $400 million in damages!

Ryan just became one of several celebs who acquired a stake in Colombian club soccer team La Equidad, they announced this week. The group is led by real estate investor Al Tylis and soccer exec Sam Porter. But celebs Ryan, Rob McElhenney, Eva Longoria, Kate Upton and baseball star hubby Justin Verlander, retired NBA star Shawn Marion, and Scott Galloway round out the other investors. Cool!

Ryan and Rob previously invested in the English club Wrexham A.F.C. and have seen great success with it. This is Ryan’s third investment in the sports world as he also got involved with Tylis’ Mexican team Necaxa last April.

While this new team has never won its league championship, they’ve been runners-up three times, and with this new celeb-led leadership, we bet they’re hoping for that boost they need to finally win. Announcing the investment, the team called it a “new era” and promised that “great things are coming,” adding:

“This is the first step towards a future full of opportunities.”

It says a lot about Ryan’s confidence that he’s moving ahead with such big business moves despite all the legal expenses he’s racking up. Thoughts?
