Salman Rushdie Coming To Showtime

Excellent. We’re excited to see what he’ll bring to the fold.
Sources report that British-Indian novelist Salman Rushdie, author of The Satanic Verses and Midnight’s Children, has been wooed to pen a new show for Showtime. Salman will bring his own style to a new drama series called Next People, which “dissects different aspects of contemporary American life.”
Inneresting. We’ll have to check it out when it hits the tube.
