At this point, we honestly doubt that this will come as a surprise to anyone anywhere ever, but it still is such a testament to how supremely damaged and troubled this girl’s life has been for quite a long time.
If there has been any calm in the perpetual tidal wave of crazy that has been Lindsay Lohan‘s adulthood, it was most likely during her on-again, off-again lesbian relationship with Samantha Ronson a few years back!
However, the DJ’s own mother, socialite Ann Dexter-Jones, has recently come clean about why the end of her daughter’s, ahem, ‘complicated’ relationship with the troubled starlet finally came about…and goes as far to say that she is ‘psychotic!’
According to Dexter-Jones, it was during Samantha’s gig as the DJ for the grand opening party of The Atlantis hotel in Dubai that she realized just how dangerous Lohan’s behavior was!
She explains:
├óΓé¼┼ôI was seriously anxious about Samantha├óΓé¼Γäós safety and wellbeing. I feared tragedy. It got to a point that I wasn├óΓé¼Γäót sleeping very well…Suddenly, without any warning, Lindsay flung herself on to the thick carpet and started to roll around screaming like a child. It seemed she was upset that people, including Samantha, were not paying her enough attention. To my mind, it was classic psychotic behaviour. I took Lindsay aside and told her not to make a spectacle of herself. She was clearly out of control and spoiling for a fight. I told them I could no longer support them as a couple. I no longer approved on them being together and that Lindsay was no longer welcome in my home. I saw how much pain my daughter was in and the she was suffering deeply. She is a very Zen person and not used to the kind of turmoil that Lindsay seems to thrive on.├óΓé¼┬¥
And while SamRo did not take very kindly to her mother’s ultimatum at the time, she apparently broke up with Lindsay for good soon after!
Seriously, though! Can anyone BLAME her?!
That is absolutely RIDICULOUS!
Well, compared to her usual antics these days, it seems pretty mild, but we think Ann hits the nail on the head when she points out that what’s normal and comfortable for LiLo is chaos, as it’s all she’s ever known and the only way she knows how to function in society.
But even though she can’t be held entirely accountable for that, as it’s how her parents raised her, we’re just glad that Samantha’s mother cares about her daughter enough to know how ultimately damaging and destructive a relationship that toxic can be, and put her foot down before it was too late!
We just wish there was someone in Lindsay’s life who was healthy enough to have done the same for her!
