Samantha Ronson SETTLES Lawsuit Over Dog's Death!

This has certainly been a long time coming, but we’re relieved to see that it’s finally been resolved!
We were horrified to report back in August of 2010 that Samantha Ronson‘s pet bulldog, Cadillac, escaped from her West Hollywood apartment, only to maul and murder her neighbor’s maltese Tiger!
After the incident, Cadillac was permanently banned from the area of El Lay, and Tiger’s owner, Farnouche Kamran, sued the DJ, their apartment complex, and the landlord for $750,000…but now, it appears that both parties have managed to settle the incident outside of court!
And SamRo must certainly be breathing a sigh of relief, because while she did have to pay up for her dog’s violent behavior, the price ended up being far from $750K and more in the five-figure range!
As Kamran’s lawyer, Ronald Richards, says:

“It was all about vindicating the death of Tiger, my client’s beloved companion and nothing more.”

And sadly, no amount of money will be able to undo what was already done.
We just hope that everyone can now move on with their lives, and that Samantha continues to take the proper precautions to ensure that Cadillac is never in the position to act out that aggressively to anyone else ever again.
