Back in March, Sandra Bullock filed a lawsuit against ToyWatch USA for attaching the her name to one of their advertised timepieces without knowledge or approval.
But now, the tables have turned as the watchmakers’ insurance company is suing The Heat star in return, on the basis of an insurance policy that could potentially cover them from payment in case the judge rules against them.
This all just sounds so messy! Let’s hope it’s resolved quickly!
