It feels like for-ev-ER since the last time we watched The Sandlot, but because of some recent awesome news, we might be popping that VHS in again very soon!
The Sandlot‘s director and stars have been going on tour in celebration of the film’s 20th anniversary, traveling from city to city across the US until September.
They recently stopped by Salt Lake City where much of the film was shot, and even got to hit a few balls…in the field where a majority of the movie was filmed!
Over 12,000 fans showed up at the field for a special screening and to catch a glimpse of their fave Sandlot kids all grown up! We wonder if Wendy Peppercorn showed up? Ha!
Ch-ch-check out some of the tweets from the event …AFTER THE JUMP!!!
