Sandra Bullock and George Clooney have been friends for a very long time, but they’ve never graced the big screen together like many other Hollywood friendships until now.
But did you know that the Oscar-winning stars were THIS close to starring in a movie together?
The actress reveals:
“When you know each other, you don’t think, ├óΓé¼╦£Oh we have gotta work together.├óΓé¼Γäó Years ago I had a meeting with them for Out of Sight. They didn’t want me for the film and I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£Oh, our friendship is so over.’ It obviously wasn’t over. But that’s the only time [we came close to being colleagues].”
If you remember correctly (or looked up the movie on IMDB) Jennifer Lopez was the lucky lady to snag a role next to George!
The Gravity star didn’t miss out on much! She then later went on to star in the new movie with her good friend:
“I wasn’t cast in a great movie, but now I get to work with him in another great movie.”
Looks like all things happen for a reason!
We wonder how life would’ve been for the two if Sandra got the role in Out of Sight!
