Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy are just two of many who hold Boston in a special place in their hearts!
To show appreciation for all the hard work Boston’s police force and FBI agents have put in throughout the past week, the two co-stars have decided to arrange a special screening of their unreleased movie for them!!
The movie, The Heat, is a comedy that was filmed in Boston about a FBI agent and a police detective. And it couldn’t have been filmed without the help of law-enforcement officials there!
Through that experience, Bullock discovered first-hand how amazing these heroic men and women are.
She said the following about boston’s police and FBI agents:
“It’s been an [amazingly] tight-knit community before this happened, and it just bonded a community even more. I don’t think a screening would ever be enough, feel like it’s enough to do for them.”
Well we’re sure they could use a comedic break after all they’ve been through, so we bet they appreciate it!
