Santigold Producing New Devo Album!

For their first release since 1990’s Smooth Noodle Maps, the legendary Devo picked singer Santigold to produce songs for their untitled new album.

Frontman Mark Mothersbaugh said that they received offers from 20 producers, including Snoop Dogg and Fatboy Slim, to help in the studio, but trusted Santigold to remix their tracks.

“They├óΓé¼Γäóre just, like, my band idols. Them and The Smiths. But DEVO, I made them pull out the red hats and pose for a picture,” said the singer.

The highly anticipated album is due out this spring! Can’t wait!
