Sarah Hyland is polishing off one of her best ass-ets!
The Modern Family actress decided to get one of her many tattoos removed recently, likely the cartoonish, purple dinosaur on her right butt cheek, and we’re sending some major love as she documented the whole process on her Instagram Story for the world to see.
And all we have to say is, it looked PAINFUL!!

In the since-expired clip, Hyland is seen lying on her stomach while wearing protective goggles for the laser-removal treatment. The 28-year-old captioned her video post with, “Actual reaction to some laser tattoo removal,” and tagged celebrity skin expert Nurse Jamie who performed the procedure, too.
Now, as we mentioned earlier, the Geek Charming star has several different pieces of body art including an arrow on her spine, a hummingbird behind her ear, and a saying on her upper ribcage that reads, “follow my heartbeat.” Almost all of those images would be uncomfortable to get rid of based on their location on her frame.
Although it hasn’t been 100 percent confirmed it was the artistic dino that got the axe, it seems like the most likely target based on where her nurse aimed the laser tool in the shot (above).

Wells Adams‘ fiancée first got the ink as matching tattoo concept with her bestie Katie Welch back in 2017, meaning it took only two years for the ABC starlet to reportedly change her mind!
We’d say better late than never, but judging by her reactions through the erasure, maybe “never” was the right call after all.
Just like countless other celebs before her, you live and you learn!
Sarah kept it real in her IG story as she grimaced in pain and said to the camera:
“Oof…that hurt. Spicy.”
Unfortunately for her, she will very likely have to go through this uncomfortable ordeal again, as it can take several sessions to fully break up the pigmented colors and remove the tat for good. Yikes!!
We’d venture to guess this little cosmetic touch-up is part of Hyland’s overall wedding planning and prep, as she and the Bachelorette alum are set to tie the knot sometime in the near future.
