This is absolutely AWFUL!
Witnesses say Sarah Hyland was sexually assaulted at a Modern Family fan event in Sydney, Australia last night!!
According to reports, a man grabbed the starlet in the most inappropriate way we can imagine — he groped her breast!
That caused Sarah to recoil and yell out:
“Don’t touch me there!”
Sarah was understandably upset by the dude’s alleged traumatic assault, so she left the event early.
A man was ARRESTED in connection with the event. Cops released this statement:
“It is alleged that the man indecently assaulted the 23-year-old woman at about 7:50 p.m.”
From what we gather, cops have charged the 29-year-old perp with “assault with an act of indecency.”
Ugh! We don’t understand how a person can be so (allegedly) horrible! Especially when the actress is taking time out of her day to pose for pics with her fans!
Later, Sarah tweeted out an apology to the fans she didn’t get a chance to meet:

Yikes!!! We can understand why her protective BF’s temper is flaring, but we hope no further violence comes of this!!
Either way, out hearts go out to Sarah!! What a horrible ordeal to go through!!! We sincerely hope she’s OK!
