Thinking good thoughts for Sarah Hyland!!!
On her Instagram Story on Thursday, the actress revealed she’s been hospitalized this week with some recent health troubles, including a painful, swollen face that she shared on her IG story to bare all and tell the world.

Hyland, 27, posted the following pictures (below) for #NationalSelfieDay as a way to acknowledge what had happened to her and what landed her in the hospital (below):
Oh no!!!
Hyland had previously been hospitalized six years ago for a life-saving kidney transplant, after having long battled with kidney dysplasia. After the 2012 transplant, the medication the Modern Family star takes to ensure good health is what contributes to the swollen face you see here as an unfortunate side effect.
Thankfully, though, under the care of doctors and getting some much-needed rest, Hyland will be back to being healthy again very soon!
