Even though the POTUS loves to complain about Alec Baldwin‘s spot-on impression of him, the sketch-comedy series is clearly doing something right as it’s having its most-viewed season in 22 years! Well deserved!

Variety reports viewership for the NBC favorite is “up 19% in adults 18-49 (3.5 vs. 2.9 rating) and up 22% in total viewers (10.6 million vs. 8.7 million) over the comparable period in the 2015-16 season.”
Furthermore, the most recent episode featuring Melissa McCarthy‘s HIGHlarious impression of Sean Spicer scored the second highest-rated program of the week in the key demo, following just behind The Big Bang Theory — and that’s BEFORE delayed viewing was factored in.
