Scarlett Johansson has been seen rocking some new ink, but it’s hard to make out… or… maybe… is that love for New York??
We think it is! It’s a tat that resembles a bracelet, and has a pendant on it. On the pendant is: “I (heart) NY” — yet we still don’t officially know what the whole thing means.
Such an odd place and design for a simple message like that!
