Good news? Bad news? We’re somewhat torn on this pairing.
Sources are claiming that Scarlett Johansson has long since forgotten that guy Ryan she used to be married to and is now head over heels in lurve with Sean Penn. Okay, “in lurve” might be pushing it, but not by much.
A reportedly “smitten” ScarJo has been seeing Sean since early last month when they met up at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont. Scarlett was in the midst of filming We Bought A Zoo with Matt Damon and Sean just happened to be in the right place at the right time. According to sources, the pair hooked-up in Scarlett’s Bungalow that very night!
If you’re thinking that their ages (she’s 26, he’s 50) make them incompatible, you’d be wrong. Turns out, they have a lot in common – like philanthropy. One source points out:
“Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam. She knew Sean was living there in a tent and turned to him for advice.”
Aw. That’s kind of nice, actually. Finding romance while wanting to save the world. So special.
Still, he is old enough to be her father. We doubt that if this is going on that it will last very long. Perhaps they both just need a distraction, which if that is the case, by all means do what you’ve got to do.
