Everything might not be peaches and cream for Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun after all.
Anyone who watches Euphoria will know just how scandalous the blonde bombshell gets on the show… Since its premiere in 2019, she’s consistently posed nude for various steamy love scenes, and in season 3, her OnlyFans plot has taken her to some pretty revealing places. Most recently, she was seen fully naked with a massive python wrapped around her body!
So how does that work for someone who’s in a relationship off camera? Is there jealousy? Ill will? Insecurity? Initially, we heard her music executive boyfriend Scooter was A-OK with her lewd scenes… but that may not actually be the case.

On Monday, an insider told Page Six Scoot “has absolutely no issue with Sydney’s more provocative scenes in Euphoria or any of the work she does as an actress. He fully understands that it’s part of her job and respects how dedicated she is to her craft.” The insider insisted “their relationship is very secure, and there’s a strong level of trust between them.”
However…
On Thursday, a source told RadarOnline that while Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande’s former manager likes to maintain a façade of support, behind closed doors he’s much more uncomfortable with the 28-year-old’s revealing work than he lets on:
“Scooter is trying to be supportive publicly, but privately some of the scenes absolutely make him uncomfortable. He comes from a very image-conscious world, and watching the woman he is dating become the center of these explicit conversations has not been easy for him.”
We smell an insecure man!
A second insider went on to tell the outlet:
“There is a difference between respecting someone’s craft and genuinely loving every aspect of what they are doing onscreen. Scooter understands Euphoria is huge for Sydney’s career, but friends think some boundaries are being tested.”
Really?? It’s not like Sydney just started stripping down in front of cameras after they launched their relationship… She’s been doing this for the better part of a decade now! There’s no reason Scooter shouldn’t have known exactly who he was getting together with.
The insider went on to cite the “relentless” focus on Sydney’s provocative scenes as a major sore spot for the 44-year-old:
“The attention around her has become relentless. Every week, there are viral clips, headlines, and debates specifically about how provocative Sydney’s scenes are. That puts pressure on any relationship, no matter how strong people claim it is, and Sydney is actually putting her relationship with Scooter on the line now with all her onscreen nudity and love scenes.”
SHE’S putting the relationship on the line, or Scooter’s insecurity is? Like we said, Sydney has been doing this type of work for years. She shouldn’t have to suddenly rebrand just because her boyfriend — who’s nearly two decades older than her, mind you — is “uncomfortable.” But that’s just us!
