Ryan Murphy has landed a $5 million writing and directing deal with Sony Pictures for a movie starring Julia Roberts!
Ryan and Julia’s first collaborative effort Eat, Pray, Love hasn’t been released yet, but the studio must have huge confidence in it if they are offering up all that ca$$$h for another flick!
The upcoming romantic comedy will star Julia as “a working woman married to a stay-at-home husband” after she loses her job, forcing her to adjust to motherhood as the bread-winning role is reversed.
The rom-com can be a little played out, but it sounds cute!
Julia usually does well at the box office and with a creative guy like Ryan Murphy at the helm we think Sony made a good decision!
