As we reported in December, Scott Baio claims he was attacked by Nancy Mack, wife of the Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ drummer Chad Smith, at an elementary school in Thousand Oaks, CA because of his pro-Donald Trump views.

According to reports, Mack berated the actor with Trump’s famous line: “Grab ’em by the pussy.”
On Monday, the Ventura County D.A.’s office said they will NOT press charges against Nancy as they believe the incident was not that serious.
