Smart move, Kourtney Kardashian!
According to People Magazine, Kourtney is making sure to guard her heart as she tries to rebuild her relationship with on-and-off again boyfriend Scott Disick.

As we previously reported, Kourt let Disick move back into their family home after jetting off to Mexico for a romantic vacay. We have to say we were a tiny surprised at how fast things moved after the trip — we guess Ms. Kardashian is ready for baby #4 these two really love each other!
Despite the tentative reconciliation, a source says the reality star is doing her best to take things slow, revealing:
“She got screwed over by Scott so many times in the past. Kourtney is still protecting herself.”
Sounds reasonable to us! The Lord did cheat on his baby momma, after all!
In the meantime, the momma is taking things day by day until she’s certain Scott is ready to be a family man:
“She doesn’t want to say that they are back together until she knows for sure that Scott is fully committed to his family. But so far so good. Scott has been amazing to Kourtney, and she is very happy.”
Aww, we’re so glad to hear Kourtney is “happy” again. Girl deserves it!
To make matters even better, the New York native is really stepping up this time:
“For a long time, it really seemed like Kourtney was completely over Scott. She was acting very disappointed. It seemed she would never take him back. Then Scott decided to turn things around. It was like he finally realized that he needed his family. For the past few months, Scott has been amazing. He isn’t sober, but very well behaved. He has shown Kourtney that she and the kids are his number one priority.”
Well, better late than never!
As for Thanksgiving, Kourt intends to spend it with Scotty and their three kiddos. How cute!
