Scott Disick has checked into rehab AGAIN.
We believed Scott was on a path of sobriety, but this past weekend he completely fell off the wagon.
According to a source, the reality star partied HARD at an appearance in Atlantic City over the weekend and things got so bad that management had to conduct a welfare check. Not to mention the NY native was spotted wandering around a hotel lobby without shoes around 8AM after his hard night of partying.

We guess this past weekend must have been a wake up call for Disick, because he’s now staying at Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica.
LD released the following statement regarding his addiction:
“I realize my issues are bigger than me and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle.”
Wow. We hope Scott gets better for the sake of his kids and Kourtney Kardashian.
